Por\u00e9m, a vida social faz parte da rotina de todos e mant\u00ea-la ativa pode ser um grande benef\u00edcio para a sa\u00fade mental. Mas qual \u00e9 a rela\u00e7\u00e3o entre nutri\u00e7\u00e3o e vida social? Foto: Reprodu\u00e7\u00e3o\/FreePik<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Por isso, para equlibrar nutri\u00e7\u00e3o e vida social, sempre indico criar um novo olhar sobre os finais de semana, viagens e delivery, pensar no que incluir e n\u00e3o no que excluir. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Procure tirar o foco do que sempre julgamos como alimentos proibidos e voltar os olhares para aquilo que nos faz bem, que nutre o nosso corpo e incluir sempre com equilibro os outros alimentos que gostamos, que nos trazem prazer, lembran\u00e7as e mem\u00f3rias afetivas, este \u00e9 o objetivo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Dicas para manter o equil\u00edbrio comendo fora, delivery, finais de semana ou viagens:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Para manter o equil\u00edbrio entre nutri\u00e7\u00e3o e vida social, comece a refei\u00e7\u00e3o com um bom prato de legumes e verduras! A mastiga\u00e7\u00e3o deles estimular\u00e1 a maior libera\u00e7\u00e3o do horm\u00f4nio da saciedade, aumentando fibras absorvemos menos os alimentos fontes de gorduras ruins e mais lentamente os carboidratos refinados; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Prefira temperar as saladas com lim\u00e3o, vinagre, ervas e azeite de oliva ao inv\u00e9s de molhos a base de maionese;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Fa\u00e7a a refei\u00e7\u00e3o com calma e mastigue bem os alimentos;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Prefira sempre as prepara\u00e7\u00f5es cruas, cozidas, assadas ou grelhadas;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> &#8211; Se poss\u00edvel, dispense o couvert ou atente-se aos p\u00e3es, torradas e frituras; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Ao escolher o acompanhamento, procure trocar o mais pesado por um mais leve (por exemplo: batatas fritas por batata a vapor);<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; De sobremesa opte por uma fruta, sorbet, chocolate amargo, cappuccino, ch\u00e1; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Se estiver com vontade de comer massa, tudo bem, por\u00e9m prefira os molhos vermelhos, bolonhesa ou pesto; e se poss\u00edvel opte pela massa integral;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Evite a combina\u00e7\u00e3o de mais de um tipo de alimentos fonte de carboidratos na mesma refei\u00e7\u00e3o como p\u00e3o, massa, arroz, batata, mandioca, entre outros, ou pegue pequenas quantidades de cada;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Substitua refrigerante por \u00e1gua com g\u00e1s com lim\u00e3o exprimido, ou pe\u00e7a sucos mais leves como lim\u00e3o ou maracuj\u00e1;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Em cada refei\u00e7\u00e3o procure fazer escolhas conscientes: perceba o que est\u00e1 com mais desejo\/vontade e como est\u00e1 sua fome\/saciedade, escolha se quer caprichar mais no couvert\/aperitivo, ou fritura, ou massa, ou bebida alco\u00f3lica ou sobremesa. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Equilibre nas demais escolhas, por exemplo: &#8220;se hoje quero comer massa, vou evitar o couvert e a sobremesa, para assim aproveitar a massa&#8221;;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Evite repetir o prato, ou se j\u00e1 sabe que vai querer pegar mais, ent\u00e3o na primeira vez que se servir pegue menos quantidade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"618\" height=\"345\" data-src=\"https:\/\/totalpass.com\/br\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/comemoracao_freepik.jpg\" alt=\"alimentacao e celebracoes \" class=\"wp-image-954 lazyload\" data-srcset=\"https:\/\/totalpass.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/comemoracao_freepik.jpg 618w, https:\/\/totalpass.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/comemoracao_freepik-300x167.jpg 300w, https:\/\/totalpass.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/comemoracao_freepik-320x180.jpg 320w\" data-sizes=\"(max-width: 618px) 100vw, 618px\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 618px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 618\/345;\" \/><figcaption>Existem algumas t\u00e1ticas para manter a alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o saud\u00e1vel em encontros com amigos e fam\u00edlia. Foto: Reprodu\u00e7\u00e3o\/FreePik<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">O que pedir no restaurante?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00c1rabe: <\/strong>inicie com uma boa salada (Fatuche, Tabule); Pe\u00e7a acompanhamentos como coalhada, homos, babaganoush (mas n\u00e3o exagere, procure ficar em 1 a 2 colheres de sopa); quibe cru\/assado, evite os fritos; caftas; arroz marroquino (com frango, am\u00eandoas), charuto de repolho ou folha de uva, falafel assado; evite excesso de p\u00e3es e torradas.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Churrascaria<\/strong>: com uma boa salada. D\u00ea prefer\u00eancia \u00e0s carnes magras (fil\u00e9 mignon, alcatra, maminha) ou carne branca (frango, peru e peixe). Foto: Reprodu\u00e7\u00e3o\/Freepik<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Japon\u00eas<\/strong>: escolha carpaccio, tartar, missoshiro, guioza cozido, sushi e sashimi, edamame, sunomono, shimeji, shitake&#8230; Ou ent\u00e3o pe\u00e7a um prato quente como o tepan (prote\u00edna grelhada com legumes); evite molho tar\u00ea e consuma de 1 a 2 colheres (sopa) de shoyu (dica: adicione lim\u00e3o, azeite e gengibre para render mais). Evite prepara\u00e7\u00f5es fritas (tempura, guioza, hot roll).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Portugu\u00eas<\/strong>: escolha bacalhau ou outro peixe assado\/cozido com legumes e\/ou ra\u00edzes no vapor;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Lanchonete<\/strong>: se poss\u00edvel escolha p\u00e3es integrais ou multigr\u00e3os ou ent\u00e3o tire uma das fatias do sandu\u00edche. De prefer\u00eancia queijos magros como mozarela; acompanhados de alface, tomate, cebola, picles&#8230; Evite maionese\/molhos ou pe\u00e7a \u00e0 parte para que voc\u00ea possa dosar a quantidade. Evite batatas\/cebolas fritas e milk-shake;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pizzaria<\/strong>: opte por coberturas como mozarela de b\u00fafala, mozarela, atum, cogumelos, ricota, br\u00f3colis, r\u00facula, alho, azeitona, palmito. Evite calabresa, portuguesa, catupiry&#8230; Procure satisfazer-se com duas fatias. Quando poss\u00edvel, opte pela massa integral e mais fina. Hoje j\u00e1 tem pizzas a base de massa de couve-flor, batata doce, gr\u00e3o de bico&#8230; vale testar!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Self-Service<\/strong>: comece pela salada (verduras e legumes) \u2013 e complete metade do prato.
