Coloque para ferver 1L de \u00e1gua em uma panela, misture com o sal e o vinagre de vinho branco. Coloque a couve-flor para cozinhar por 2 minutos, retire-a e lave na \u00e1gua corrente para esfriar.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Num processador, bata a couve-flor com o alho at\u00e9 formar uma farofa grossa. Numa frigideira, coloque o azeite e refogue a couve-flor rapidamente. Com o fogo mais baixo, coloque as alcaparras e deixe cozinhar mais um pouco &#8211; a couve-flor deve ficar \u00famida e macia.
