Contudo, antes de sair comendo, \u00e9 importante higienizar bem antes do consumo. \u201cLave bem os tomates antes de consumi-los, preferencialmente com uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00e1gua sanit\u00e1ria, para eliminar pesticidas e bact\u00e9rias\u201d, orienta a nutricionista.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ao preparar o tomate, recomenda-se adicionar outros vegetais. Quanto mais colorido o seu prato, melhor! Por isso, opte por alimentos ricos em vitamina C, como pepino, alface e piment\u00e3o, conforme orienta Marina.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por outro lado, h\u00e1 quem prefira comer apenas o tomate. Se este for o seu caso, \u00e9 recomendado consumi-lo com azeite. \u201cO licopeno, um antioxidante presente no tomate, \u00e9 melhor absorvido pelo corpo, quando combinado com gorduras saud\u00e1veis como o azeite de oliva. Isso porque o licopeno \u00e9 lipossol\u00favel (sol\u00favel em gordura).\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, ao preparar alguns pratos, como massas ou pizzas, fa\u00e7a o seu pr\u00f3prio molho de tomate, deixando-o mais saud\u00e1vel.
