Estamos sempre muito atarefados, atrasados, sobrecarregados e colocando nossa sa\u00fade em segundo plano. Com isso o ato de se alimentar se tornou um h\u00e1bito r\u00e1pido, feito junto a tantas outras coisas ao mesmo tempo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comer assistindo televis\u00e3o, comer trabalhando, comer usando o celular. Evite beliscar na frente da geladeira ou lanches no transporte. Coloque comida em um prato. Voc\u00ea vai desfrutar mais da comida e ter\u00e1 menos necessidade de grandes quantidades;<\/li><li>MASTIGUE DEVAGAR: Tenha uma mordida consciente. Mastigue intencionalmente mais devagar que a pessoa com quem est\u00e1 comendo! Lembre-se que a mastiga\u00e7\u00e3o libera mais horm\u00f4nio da saciedade;<\/li><li>SABOREIE: Sinta o gosto. Observe e olhe para cada colherada.<\/li><li>Diga para si mesmo pelo menos dois adjetivos para descrever a comida que voc\u00ea est\u00e1 prestes a comer.
